Charcoal-Sponge-Use-WaterThis new facial sponge caught my attention for one reason:

It uses “activated charcoal” to gently exfoliate and balance the pH of your skin.

There’s always a new skin care trend coming out, but I am especially drawn to those that are all-natural & organic.

I like using products that work because of something that is found in nature. Today there are so many synthetic products or those that are mostly made with chemicals.

We are all so used to it and barely pay attention to the long list of ingredients that we don’t recognize.

People are meant to benefit and live from nature. That doesn’t mean that we should not use medicine or other things that were created by man, but why not go natural when we can?

Konjac-Sponge-La-Lune-Naturals

Activated Charcoal Sponge by La Lune Naturals!

I’d never heard about these charcoal sponges until I ordered some peppermint oil on Amazon. Like usual…I get drawn into the “you may also like” section after browsing or buying something and anything having to do with charcoal and skin care would catch your attention!

I normally use your typical facial sponge for exfoliating and have since I was a teenager. They are cheap, I can feel the “roughness” of the sponge(feels like it’s working, lol), and they usually come in value packs so I can use a fresh one every week.

I never considered looking for an exfoliating sponge that would give me more than one benefit. That’s where the konjac sponge comes in handy!

A few benefits of using the sponge are:

  • Gently Exfoliates Your Skin
  • Massages Away Impurities & Toxins
  • Activated Charcoal pH Balances Your Skin
  • Fewer Blackheads & Breakouts
  • Cruelty-Free & Vegan
