Cellulite is one of those battles that most of us have forgotten about. It’s just part of life….some say. If working out and eating healthy isn’t enough don’t jump to the conclusion that lipo is your only option!
According to this awesome slideshow I found on NewBeauty.com there may be something else to try before you go that extreme (or expensive)!
I’m a big believer in the power of certain foods and how they can improve your body and health like magic. Of course, eating pizza with pineapple on it will not do the trick. Changing your lifestyle/eating habits and adding power foods will give you great results in 30 days or less!
Processed and fried foods, as well as sugars and white carbohydrates, act as toxins in the body, which may cause cellulite to form. Eating the right foods can help limit it. Add these cellulite-busting foods to your grocery list and stay far away from the offenders.
Bananas are my personal favorite on this list and I am often told that I eat too many! Don’t shy away from them just because everyone says they’re so bad for you, or that they have the highest carbohydrate content out of all fruits. It’s better than eating a processed “healthy” snack bar or weight loss shake!
Make sure you read Eating For Your Skin & More for other great food suggestions that improve your looks and your health.
