It’s been several years since a friend enlightened me about the many benefits of essential oils. Peppermint oil is one of my favorites because it has so many uses!

I was very intrigued by it, but it wasn’t as affordable as it is now.

So, I read about it. I wondered about if these remedies really work, and like many…I soon forgot and moved on.

At the time, a tiny bottle of essential oil was about $30. Some were less, but most were more expensive. Although the benefits seemed to be endless…most people could not regularly order what’s needed to see the results promised.

Now essential oils are becoming more common and readily available. A large bottle of essential oil is anywhere from $20-$100 depending on the potency, quality, and type. Most recipes and remedies call for only a few drops of oil, so one bottle will last much longer than when I was introduced to them.

Peppermint essential oil is the latest craze and you’d be surprised at just how much you can do with it.

I’ve always known it to be popular for migraines or headaches and didn’t think much more about it until now. The peppermint oil I tried came with a free e-book with 20 uses for peppermint oil.

The e-book has 20 great recipes that are easy and have few ingredients!
