Vitamin C Serum

Skin products come in so many varieties these days and it can be hard to determine which ones are best for you.  This is the first time I have used a serum for my skin, and the only reason I tried it is because of the Vitamin C.

Vitamin C does wonderful things for your body inside and out, but it won’t benefit your skin as much from the inside if your habits are a little less health oriented than they should be.

That’s when using a Vitamin C serum comes in handy.  In order for your body to best process vitamins in minerals it must be well cared for in all ways.  Drinking lots of water, eating healthy, eliminating caffeine, and exercising are just a few of the things we need to do for our skin to show the benefits of what we eat or drink.

Most of us are not perfect! The ultimate healthy lifestyle is harder to achieve in today’s world because “healthy” is generally more expensive than the alternatives.

I’m not saying that a serum is a substitute for good health habits, but it will improve your skin and how you look without having to wait for it to happen from the inside.  We should all work towards being as healthy as possible from the inside-out, but it won’t happen over night!

I’m a big believer in “faking it” til I make it.  Changing all of your bad habits is a challenge for most people.  When I need to make a change in my lifestyle, but I’m struggling to do it…there is something that always works!

Improve the way you feel by improving the way you look and good decisions start to happen naturally.

If your face looks dull and your skins appearance is dragging you down- Get some new bronzer, treat yourself with a face mask before bed, or use a really good serum and cleanser.

If your wardrobe is looking worn and your pants don’t fit great- Get a new outfit or accessories. You don’t have to spend much, but don’t wait until you lose those 20 pounds!  Feeling good while you are working towards your goals is much easier than being less confident because you’re waiting for results.

This Vitamin C Serum is a great way to feel better and look better while doing something great for your skin and your body.

Everything we put on our skin is absorbed into our bodies (partially, but what we use everyday adds up).

I would rather use a product that is natural and organic than apply toxins when my body is already working hard to get rid of the toxins inside.
