Tingling Peppermint Seaweed Mask
This DIY seaweed mask recipe is from an e-book by La Lune Naturals that features 20 Miracle Uses for Peppermint Oil! La Lune Naturals has a wide variety of certified natural & organic beauty products.
I’ve already tried several of them, so contact me if your curious :).
After falling in love with their peppermint oil and the never-ending ways to use it I really wanted to share some of their recipes with my readers.
The e-book also includes recipes for curing headaches fast, treating acne, deterring mice, removing ticks, household cleaners, and more!
Seaweed is known to help repair damaged skin cells, protect the skin from free radical damage, and fight skin inflammation & irritation. Because of its natural properties, and the 54 trace elements found in seaweed, this amazing ocean wonder has been said to help slow down the aging process of the skin!
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon of La Lune Naturals Seaweed Powder
- 1-2 Drops of La Lune Naturals Peppermint Essential Oil
- 2 Tablespoons of Warm Water
- 1 Tablespoon of Aloe Vera Gel
Directions
Place the seaweed into a small bowl, add warm water and mix. Add aloe vera gel, and stir until well mixed. Mix in about 1-2 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil to cover up the “unique” smell. Feel free to add more water, if needed, to reach your desired consistency.
Apply the seaweed mask to your face, leave on for up to 20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water and a soft cloth.
Use this seaweed mask up to twice a month as part of your typical skin care routine!
TIP
Try using the Konjac Sponge by La Lune Naturals to exfoliate your skin.
Using the sponge helps prevent blackheads & breakouts! It also balances the pH of your skin!

*A special thanks to Leah from La Lune Naturals for allowing me to share their recipe with my readers!
