Essential oils are becoming more and more popular as everyone is starting to see the huge benefits that aromatherapy offers.

I started out with an aromatherapy diffuser light and I use essential oils to make my own reed diffuser solutions(mix 1-3 complimentary oils with coconut oil to make your own custom home fragrance).

So far, I have the basic oils like lemon, peppermint, and lavender. Those are great to start out with if you’re new to essential oils!

I’m so excited about this aromatherapy necklace because I always get crucial migraines that put a stop to my day.

Excedrin works okay, but not near as fast as I need it to (and I usually take more than the recommended dosage). Also, nausea is a common side effect for most prescription migraine medications.

So, we’re left with essential oils and rather than a last resort…they should be a first because they are natural and great for your body! Use peppermint oil in an aromatherapy diffuser necklace or dab a few drops on your temples.

The interior necklace diffuser ball is very absorbent and fragrances will be long lasting.

All you have to do to use this aromatherapy diffuser locket is click it open like a traditional locket, and use the included pipette to drop a few drops of your favorite essential oils onto the aromatherapy lockets oil pad.

This starter kit includes 1 complete aromatherapy diffuser necklace, 4 pipettes, and 4 extra diffuser locket balls, as to allow for the option for a different interior color, while also adding different oils without unintentional mixing.

High quality locket will give you years of use, and is attractive enough for any occasion.

If you want more colors or need replacement diffuser balls you can get some mini felt balls from the crafts store. I got a variety bag because I like my necklace to match my outfit, but I may want to switch to a different essential oil. Fresh is always best!

*Tip-I swapped out the chain on my locket for a nicer one because it tarnished very easily and turned my neck green!
