I’m using Kenra demi-permanent color. I use 9 developer with 5VR, 3VR. My roots barely show the color the way the rest of my hair does. My natural color is a medium brown. I’ve been using this formula for the past year or so hoping that the next time it’d be different but always got the same unwanted results. Please help:)Would you please email me your response?
