What is the difference between Kenron developer 9 and regular developer 10….apart from the obvious 1%
Are you talking about Kenra?
The 10 volume developer is for their permanent hair color and the 9 volume developer is for their demi hair color. You could use the 9 volume with permanent hair color, but 10 volume is the minimum recommended for permanent hair color results. It just wouldn’t work as well with the 9 volume because it’s formulated to work chemically with 10 or higher.
